- We are in the CBD with no on‑site parking. Limited street parking is available nearby.
- Accessible/disabled bay available at the front entrance
- Step‑free access via lift to Level 1.

How to book
Call 03 9663 7199 or book online via our website. Please book a separate appointment for each person.
Appointment types
- Standard (10 minutes)
- Long (20 minutes)
- Prolonged (40 minutes)
Book a long appointment for complex matters (e.g. mental health discussion or plan, care plans, multiple issues, procedures). Additional fees may apply (see Fees & billing).
Telehealth
Phone/telehealth is available to eligible patients who have attended the practice face‑to‑face in the past 12 months and hold Medicare/eligible OSHC/OVHC. (Some services are not claimable by telehealth.)
Arriving & check‑in
Please bring photo ID and any Medicare/OSHC/OVHC details (digital cards accepted). New patients, arrive 10 minutes early to complete registration.
Running late / cancellations
- If running late (up to 20 minutes maximum), please call us.
- To cancel or reschedule, please give ≥24 hours’ notice (call during business hours or reply NO to the reminder SMS).
- A $40 fee may apply for late cancellations (<24 hrs) or no‑shows.
Emergencies & triage
Patients with appointments are prioritised; urgent medical needs are triaged first. For severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, heavy bleeding or severe dizziness, call 000.

During your visit
Waiting times
We aim to run on time, but general practice involves unexpected and urgent issues which can cause delays. Thank you for your understanding.
During the consultation
Please raise all relevant questions (e.g. medical certificates, referrals, travel advice, results explanations) with your clinician. To protect your privacy, reception cannot discuss clinical information.
Before you leave
Check out at reception to finalise any payments, sign pathology forms (if needed), collect your cards, and make any follow‑up bookings.
Clinical services available
Family & preventive health: routine GP care, health assessments (40–49 years; >75 years), risk assessment and screening.
Women’s health & family planning: contraception counselling, IUD insertion/removal, Implanon insertion/removal, medical termination of pregnancy (by appointment).
Vaccinations: all routine child & adult vaccines; travel vaccines including Yellow fever, Q fever, Gardasil 9 (book ahead).
Youth health and student health.
Sexual health: STI screening, PrEP advice, management and counselling.
Skin health: skin checks, cryotherapy, minor procedures.
Travel health: pre‑travel consults and vaccines.
Aviation medicine: CASA examinations and medical certification.
Iron infusions for iron deficiency (booking & fees apply).
Chronic disease care: GP management plans & reviews; coordinated care.
Mental health: assessments, mental health treatment plans and reviews.
Practice nursing & diagnostics: ECG, Holter, spirometry, ear microsuction, audiometry, wound care.
On‑site pathology and
Allied health: dietitian and diabetes educator.
Specialist doctor: general surgeon and colorectal specialist
(Service availability varies by clinician. Some services require specific bookings and private fees.)
Test results, reminders & recalls
- Results: Please make a GP appointment to discuss results. Reception cannot provide results by phone or in person. For clinically urgent or significant results, your doctor may contact you and/or arrange an earlier review.
- Recalls & reminders: We use an SMS/phone/letter system (via Healthengine) to support preventive care and follow‑up. Tell your doctor if you wish to opt out.
Home visits
For regular patients with significant mobility or health issues preventing attendance, a home visit may be considered. Please call reception to discuss suitability, availability and fees.
Telephone & electronic communication
Doctors generally cannot take calls during consultations. Reception will take details and interrupt only for urgent matters. Limited clinical communication may occur by secure electronic means where appropriate; routine clinical advice is not provided by email. Please book an appointment for clinical questions.
Interpreter services & cultural safety
If you need an interpreter, please let us know when booking. We can arrange TIS National (131 450) or accredited services. We respectfully invite Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients to identify so we can offer culturally safe, tailored care and relevant programs.
Feedback & complaints
We value your feedback. Please contact the Practice Manager in person, via reception or in written. Privacy & your health information
We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your electronic record is accessible only to authorised staff for the purpose of your care; paper records are securely destroyed. We may use your contact details for recalls/reminders unless you opt out. See our full Privacy Policy at reception or on our website.
My Health Record & IHI
With your consent, we may upload Shared Health Summaries to My Health Record. If you are not eligible for Medicare, you can apply for an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) via myGov to access digital health services.
Accessing or transferring your records
You may request a health summary or copy/transfer of your record for yourself or to another clinic. Please provide signed consent; reasonable administrative fees may apply. We transfer records by secure electronic means wherever possible.
Zero‑tolerance of aggression
We are committed to a safe environment for patients and staff. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or police notification.
