Dr Toan Pham is a qualified Colorectal Surgeon who has an interest in minimally invasive (keyholeand robotic) surgeries for colorectal and general surgical conditions, as well as endoscopy.
His current appointments include Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon at Mercy Health and Epworth Healthcare; Advanced Robotic Fellow at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre; and Honorary Clinical Fellow of the University of Melbourne.
Dr Pham completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne and Fellowship in General Surgery through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He then undertook a PhD degree at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre\/University of Melbourne in the field of colorectal cancer immunotherapy and cancer vaccine. He completed a further two years ofColorectal Surgery subspecialty training at Eastern Health (VIC) and Prince of Wales Hospital (NSW) on the prestigious program run by the Australia and New Zealand Training Board in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ANZTBCRS) \u2013 a Conjoint Board formed by the CSSANZ and the Colon and Rectal Surgery Section, Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
